Not answering telephone

I am disappointed with Mweb especially their so called technical team, the telephone (021 596 6000) is never answered when you call them. I have logged a call for them to cancel my Microsoft hosting platform as need I need to create a new website with Wordpress therefore I will need a Unix hosting platform. I logged a call on Monday since then I have been trying to get the progress of the call with no luck. I even tried to sent follow up e-mails, all they do is respond with an e-mail and a new reference number. And if they had a cross over mechanism of different hosting packages there would be no need for me to cancel and register a new package. I am running an online magazine, their laid back attitude is not helping at all. If someone from this company could attend to my problem I would appreciate it. I can not for me to leaving and find myself a new hosting company.
