Uncapable opperators

Here goes nothing!
So our adsl line is still off, we made an account payment on the 20th of April, the call centre opperators send through what they call an email to the department that must activate the line about what they say 10 times. Only to speak to an opperator named Annetjie to find out just before they close 17:45 that it was never done. She all of the sudden could turn it back on herself - not even send an email (wow Annetjie for presedant)

So this morning our internet is not working but the telephone line is, we spoke to such a rude opperator who cant do his job assigned to him, now he cannot see the payment was made and according to him its in arears! WHY IF I MAY ASK ARE YOU THERE!!! absolutely no service from telkom at all.
