EVERY month I am threatened with my phone service being cut, although I have requested EVERY month for them to ALLOW me to pay on the 25th of the month (when I get paid), however they insist I must pay on the 15th of every month. Occasionally, the person I speak to is accommodating and I don't have a problem, today I was told that "she would make a note of it but it would be cut off anyway".
