I was willing to pay the outstanding arrears on the account, however after receiving such horrific service from a Senior Person (Management), I would like to know what sort of training and coaching was provided to the supervisor- Mr Vosloo Louw as I myself work for a company where customer service is very much part of the programme... and the way he was speaking to me was not very polite and not customer service orientated. I would like further steps to be taken to rectify this and be provided with feedback, because if he can speak to me in such a manner what about all the other clients?
as Mr Vosloo treatend yesterday I will be handed over should no payment be done on the account. I really don't mind to go to Court and the Ombudsman as this will cost you more money then what I owe.
Get your house in order before you send treating letters to clients. the amount of complaints on HelloPeter doesn't even surprise me, because clearly you have no idea what's going on
