I called standard bank yesterday 25/11/2013 and spoke to a consultant/Supervisor to assist me with a client that's under Debt Review with my company and the attitude and manner of speaking that this lady provided me was horrific and extremely terrifying that a service provider can deliver such disturbing service. the name of this consultant or supervisor as she said is Nontlantla Mabena working at the Qumbu branch of Standard Bank in the Eastern Cape.
