I am just so upset with your company & the way your service is... the amount of complaints on HelloPeter doesn't even surprise me, because clearly you have no idea what's going on. I received a call completely out of the blue last week stating that i haven't payed my cell contract in 3 months. It's a debit order, why don't you check why it didn't go through? I didn't reverse it, so find out what's going on. Also, here is my account number: ...please have a look how many times i've used this phone. I've used it only ONCE in the more than a year that i had it. I actually have no idea why i pay the - R170 each month for such a stupid phone anyways! Now, i received a mail stating FINAL NOTICE & you're going to take further steps in the court... you guys are ridiculous. Also, please don't mail me back the same old "copy & paste" way you send to all your faithful clients, i'm really not happy with you guys. What is the easiest way to cancel this contract? I would like to do it ASAP... i'm done with your incompetent way of doing "business".
