I HAVE SPOKEN TO PROMISE ON 24/1/13 AFTER SHE HAS BEEN GIVEN INSTRUCTION BY HER SUPERIOR MR VOSLOO TO CONTACT ME. SHE CONFIRMED THAT THE DEBIT ORDER ON MY ACCOUNT HAS BEEN CANCELLED AS WE WOULD BE PAYING BY EFT GOING FORWARD.

TONIGHT TWO DEBITS - TOTAL OF R1 100.00 HAS GONE THROUGH MR VAN DEVENTER'S ACCOUNT. HE IS TO SAY THE LEAST FURIOUS ABOUT THIS. WE ARE BACK TO THE BAD SERVICE WE HAVE BEEN RECEIVING SINCE THE CONTRACT HAS BEEN TAKEN OUT. CLINTON WAS THE ONLY PERSON TO DATE THAT COULD HELP ME SATISFACTORY. AS FOR THE REST I HAVE MY DOUBTS.

WE ARE AT THE POINT WHER WE WILL BE REPORTING YOU TO THE OMBUDSMAN. PLEASE CONTACT MR VAN DEVENTER URGENTLY ON 083 938 4700. I HAVE LOST MY PATIENCE WITH AUTOPAGE.
