NEVER WILL I PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM STREET FEVER AGAIN!
i purchased a pair of sneakers as a birthday present, and unfortunately it was the incorrect shoes. before i purchased the shoes i asked if i will be able to get a refund and the lady behind the till said yes. So yesterday i went to return the shoes in Canal walk only to be told the manager is not there. i then drove to Cavendish Square and the 'manager' KIRI told me 'you can do and say what you want, you will not get your money back' then telling me to go back to Canal Walk coz thats where i purchased it, and they were not on the same system!
what type of 'manager' speaks to their customers like that? they quick to take your money, but will not assist you when you have problems. im disgusted that this is how a CUSTOMER gets treated.
Never will i set foot in any street fever store again, their service is disgusting!!
