1. SERVICE DELIVERY - PATHETIC - When to Cavendish Square on 19 Jan to start additional contact - Filled in forms and advised, (by Jeff) that "we would be contacted within 48 hours". Well NEVER CONTACTED ..Went back 3 days later and Jeff was not in and advised NO ONE ELSE CAN HELP and must come back again. Went back for next day and advised that WRONG CONTRACT WAS ENTERED but will be fixed the next day... When back for the next 4 DAYS and advised to COME BACK THE NEXT DAY.
6 PROMISES LATER AND STILL NO PHONE...
2. NO STORE CONTACT NUMBER - There is NO listed contact number for this store... If you goggle you can see 2 numbers. One belongs to an ex MTN staff member and the other is NEVER ANSWERED. Asking the store why there is no contact number they advised "WE ARE A WALKING STORE AND OFTEN BUSY AND DO NOT ALWAYS ANSWER THE PHONE... PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE
PS. MTN representative - If you are going to reply PLEASE make sure you have all the correct facts as my last complaint your reply was INCORRECT and promises were made and 1 MONTH LATER nothing has been resolved. Hence I have written to the CEO of MTN and 4 days late still awaiting a reply...
