Computer Mania BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I bought an ACER i3 from Computer Mania earlier this year and sent it for repairs since it had a screen deformation and it is still under warranty. I got an SMS saying that I had to pay extra money to repair the laptop despite it not having any hardware damage and it is still under warranty. I went to Computer Mania in Cavendish to query this and they said I must take up the matter with their head office.

I honestly don't understand why I should be calling head office because I did not buy the laptop at head office and the person I swiped my card to buy the laptop was Jean-Paul (Sales guy) at Cavendish square not some person at Head office.

As a loyal customer who has bought a lot of gadgets from them (3X Laptops, Printer, Logitech Speakers, headphones etc) I am really dissapointed at the level of service I got from the Cavendish square branch.

I am currently contacting head office with my own airtime trying to sort out this mess and no one from the Cavendish Square branch has bothered to find out what the progress is.

NEVER BUYING THERE AGAIN!
