Hi, We recently upgraded our ADSL line at home from a 1MB to a 4MB line and we are not getting anything close to the 4MB speed line that we are paying for. If we are paying for a 4MB line I expect to get what I am paying for. When I phoned in to report the problem the only answer I got was sorry but the speed fluctuates and there is nothing they can do about it. That would be fine if it went above 4MB at least once in a while but the speed struggles to get above 2MB and sits at around 1.5MB most of the time. If I am not going to get what I pay for I expect to get billed accordingly.
