Terrible Bad Service for upgrade of contract

On Saturday 02/03/13 I went to MTN Uitenhage for a upgrade. I received a new Blackberry. There was a problem with the scroll button and I went back on Monday 04/03/13. There I was told by the lady that they could not give me a new phone as the box (packaging) was torn (how are u supposed to open the box?) & I had written the pin on the inside of the box, they would send the phone in for repairs. I left the phone there as I was not happy with this! The same day I phoned 808 & informed them about this. I made numerous calls & sent numerous emails, always being promised that somebody will get back to me. I received a call from "Celest" on 18/04/2013 (6.5wks - 45days later). She said she would send the phone to some department & they would decide. I told her I was not happy as I was already waiting so long, this would most probably take another 3mnths. I emailed and asked somebody to phone me as I would like to take this up with somebody - STILL NO RESPONSE! That is why Mtn has customer care so that nobody takes responsibility - You cant speak to one person to sort things out! Service is disgusting & they don't read their own contract, but they are quick to fill it out BAD
