Vodacom
Breach of Confidentiality

I have been in an ongoing battle with Vodacom regarding my confidentiality agreement, and protection of privacy since October 2012.
i discovered that for some reason unbeknown to me, Vodacom has drawn 6 months statements of my account, in mid 2012, without my consent.
i laid a complaint to the call center on 18th October where the consultant said on the recording that he can see the statements was drawn, however he was not allowed to tell me for which reason.
I have requested various times for the recording of the conversation from a Vodacom Employee Mr Moenier de Vries, stationed in Capetown, which i have yet to receive. i have copies of all email traffic, even letters from my lawyer to Mr De Vries, which was just ignored.
On returning from my overseas trip, Nov 2012 i went into Vodaworld, collected all the information as to who was the user name that authorized all the statements drawn, on my account, and again requested in person for the voice recording of the 18th October. As to this day i have not received any feedback from Vodacom.
