Recently, I had my phone in for the third time for repairs, this time I was informed I'd be getting an exchange phone but what transpired was, I received my phone back with a supposed new mother board. Upon my phone being handed over to me by Mobilities who were sorting out my emails for me it was discovered the exact same faults for which the phone was sent to Jhb. three times still existed. Mobilities (Port Elizabeth) were exremely embarrassed by this as a result they've kept the phone in order to resolve this matter satifactorily
I have been without a phone for 7/8 weeks now and definitely do not want the same phone or model anymore I would rather take out a new contract with another service provider

Please advise
