I had a Cell-C cellphone contract, I have been paying the account to Select online for a while and I stopped paying as I didn't receive any kind of statement from them. A lady by the name of Trishnee called me for payments and I pleaded with her that I cant be paying an account and not knowing the my progress on the account and ask her to mail me the statements every month so that I can keep track of this account.
I don't know what is so difficult for them to send me the statements but she always call me to ask when am I paying and I always request the same thing to her every time she call me, now she threatens me of handing over this account to the lawyers, I think this people are just milking my money, why they dont want to give me a simple statement every month.
