In 2011 I decided to upgrade my contract with Cell C which I had for 2 years before upgrading, then upgrading comes up and evrything was so smooth, until I wanted to use the contract, there was always some kind of excuse for why i can not use the sim card, at last i told them i will stop paying if this matter is not sorted out.
So i did stop paying, how can i pay for something that is not working. they then stopped my account, so i paid again and called them to put me back online, but this aswell was a major issue as i could almost for a whole month do nothing with my contract.
Then i decided not to pay anything because I am getting nothing for what i pay for.
At last what happened was, 3 months passed i did not hear a thing from them, nor could i use my phone sim, & i decided again lets see what my account says, so there is was R750 in arrears... I decided to make the payment to keep my part clean, but it was to late.
I called Cell C & they said to me i am handed over to the Attorneys for bad debt, and i pleaded to reverse the transaction and also said i would pay the reversal cost on my behalf, (Their answer " your number has already been awarded to someone else"), I can go on.
