I would like to complain about the lack of service and feedback I received from Mtn over the last 6 months. I took out a data contract with Mtn, and enquired about the possibility of getting an aerial at my house to boost the signal as I stay on a game farm with reasonable signal. I was informed that there is a number that I had to phone and then MTN will send out someone to investigate. I phoned MTN they agreed to send someone to investigate. That was in October 2012. I never received as much as a phone call since then and although I have called them monthly I keep getting the same excuses, that they are sorry but they are sending an email to the co-ordinator and that the co-ordinator will contact me, which he/she never does. My signal has been going up and down and sometimes I cant send as much as an email, while other times it is ok. My reference number is 0047154.
It is a pity that one has to resort to this kind of complaint to be noticed.
