I had sent my phone to my brother's connection (remotek - Mark) and once i had booked my cell phone in for repairs to replace my keypad and sim reader on my blackberry, i was told by Mark (the owner of remotek) that my phone would take a week at most. a few days later I had a few contact tell me someone else was using my phone, and I phoned Mark and he said it was impossible as he had went to check and my phone was with the repair centre. Week after week he would give me some crazy story as to why my phone was no fixed, and when i had had enough of all the i spoke to him again and he had said my phone was "accidentley" give to the wrong customer as he had 2 blackberry 9800's in for repairs and he was getting my phone the Friday. come Friday once again he didn't have my phone but a big fat excuse, i had to go to the length of threatening him with the police in order for him to act, once i had received my phone the Monday, it was network blocked, so this Mark had planned on trying to swindle me of my phone. I have never come across such a and would never recommend anyone take there electronics to this guy as clearly he runs a shady business.
