I submitted an email back to the email address provided [Email Removed] with everything that was asked for the same day. I have to date not received a reply from that email I sent.
I have given cell c the chance to fix this, I have called the call center and have obtained 3 separate reference numbers. I logged a complaint on hello peter and yet no one has got back to me.
I will be going to your offices in parktown to give you the phone over this weekend and I will be putting a PERMANENT stop payment on the debit order for the remainder of this contract. I will contact my lawyer and submit everything in writing.
It is absolutely disgusting the service I have received. Alan should have stayed at Vodacom!
PS: Signal booster quote R2500. Why must I pay a 3rd party company this kind of money just to use my contract.
