Incorrect Billing/bad service

I have received a free phone from Autopage when I purchased a Laptop I was only supposed to pay R199 per month for the laptop instead I was billed for huge amounts of money for content chargers supposedly subscribed to from the free phone, I have never used that sim card that came with the phone
The phone never worked properly from the beginning. I sent it in to their repairs twice; it sat in their repair dept for a long time. I have phoned and queried this account a number of times, no body gets back to me, now Autopage has handed me over to their lawyers, I have never subscribed to these nasty links it was 4 companies that was charging me daily, I have spoken to customer service & accounts, all they can say is I have to pay this amounts as they (Autopage) have paid these companies already. As my service provider won't you supposed to be protecting me from like this?
