I am terribly disappointed with the service of 8ta
I made the full outstanding payment on 18.04.2013 and was told that my service will be reconnected the same day and also faxed proof of payment through same time
I then spoke to Connie on 19.04.2013 and you said I must email the proof of payment through and my service will be re connected the next day which I did but still it didn't happen
8ta still deducted the full outstanding amount on 20.04.2013 which I had to go to the bank to reverse
It is now 23.04.2013 and I spoke to Seitabaleng yesterday and she told me that it will take 4 to 7 working days which is totally unacceptable as I was told differently
As it is I have been experiencing bad service with 8ta for the last few months
I have 3 contracts with 8ta and I think that it is unfair that I have to wait this long for service and I already cancelled one contract that was due for upgrade because of this
Please re connect this service ASAP
