I made a payment of R1843, 00 on the 31 May 2013. I send the proof of payment through by email to [Email Removed] ten times, call the call centre everday to clear the pending outstanding amount on my name, without no sucess, everyday they said it does not show on their sistem that their was not a payment, after I attached the proof of payment with the mails!!!

I just spoke to one of the ladies at the call centre and said again they wait for the administration dept. to do the clearance. PLEASE HELP ME TO AWAKE THESE PERSONELL TO LOOK AT THEIR BANK STATEMENTS TO SEE THAT THE PAYMENT WAS ALREADY MADE ON THE 31 MAY 2013 TO CLEAR MY NAME!!!
