I have been struggling for nearly 4 months to get a decent connetion with my modem, I have been limited to Edge for this entire period. I have spoken to consultants one after the other in numerious departments and no one was able / willing to help me sufficiently.
Today Rachelle was able to assist and sort out the problem with no hassle. It turned out that the issue was merely a setting on MTN online which had to be changed. Rachelle was the only person that was able to pick this up and help me.
