As per your response in October, to date, being APRIL (6months!!!!! ) after sending emails, phoning into 8ta customer service and financial billings department and further reporting to various call centres and requesting continuously for any person of authority to finalise this complaint - I have still had NO RESOLUTION on this matter. I have still had no refund nor an acceptable extension of 2 months on my data contract.
I urge 8ta to finalise this with me within this week or I will have no option but to CANCEL ALL 8ta contracts and report to the OBUDSMAN and report to C.P.A (consumer Protection Act)
This service has been appaling!! no other service provider has been so UNPROFESSIONAL
I request URGENT further and FINALISED outcome.
