Since yesterday morning 22/4/2013 i am unable to recieve any calls on my line, i am able to make outgoing calls. this is a a serious problem for me as my clients are unable to contact me!!! this means a loss of business. MTN service is gone down the drain, i have been a mtn subscriber for years and this is now getting really bad, i cant wait for this contract to expire so i can change!!
this is the second time in about 3 months that i have a network issue.
i need this matter to be attended to immediately
