Cellphone on full suspension - account half paid

Nov 2012 I was unable to pay my account due to my clients not paying me. I eventually got a contract job for 2 months at the end of Jan 2013. All through this, I was still able to receive calls and sms but was unable to make any. As soon as I received payment from one of my clients at the end of Jan 2013, I paid my account in full. Autopage took 4 days to restore my service to full use. At this stage I had 600 minutes available to use. 1 March 2013 I sent a request on My. Account (which I pay for) to have my contract reduced. I was told that as my account was still with legal, they would be dealing with the request. Nothing has been done to reduce my contract. This month, I once again am waiting for clients as well as the rest of my payment for the contract from mid March 2013 so I was only able to pay half of my account. I still have approximately 400 minutes available to use as of today.
Since Thursday evening, I have been unable to make or receive any calls or sms!!! Nobody can contact me!!! This is my business phone and I am cut off completely!!! I tried to phone this morning to speak to someone and was put through to legal once again and was it is out of business hours.
