After being a BLACKBERRY user for years i was excited to move along to SAMSUNG. I have recently purchased a Samsung POCKET PLUS. My phone, daily, disconnects from the vodacom network and i am unable to phone or recieve calls/sms and therefore need to reboot my phone at least 6 - 10 times a day. Its doing the same regarding data connectivity, so unable to recieve/send whats ap or emails. I have called vodacom several times and they have been an incredible help. Ive taken my phone in for repairs and they have sent it back (practically gave me a new phone) and this is still happening. VODACOM call centre and the branch i sent it to were AMAZING at helping but since speaking to others who have the same phone, they seem to be having the same proplem. So i believe there is a problem with a batch of the phones. I am tempted to just go back to being a BLACKBERRY client even though i have been impressed with the SAMSUNG, i can not use such an unreliable phone.
