I have logged a call with Telkom on the 17 Jan 2013 reference number 991CNZ170113, that I am unable to receive calls up to this date the line is not fixed. What Telkom fails to realise that this is a school line, parents and contractors are unable to contact us. This is pure ridiculous. I went into a Telkom direct store and they were also unable to assist me. How long more must we wait till we able to receive calls?
