Not following there own procedures

2 years ago i change banks and went in to autopage Sunridge shopping centre branch to change it with them for my debit order to come off. i filled in all necessary documents and ask them about the payment that was outstanding of R100 and odd rand because i changed it late. so they tell me its fine they don't take payments what will happen is that, that payment will come off the end of the month with my normal subscription fee. 3 months i notice there are no debit orders from autopage.i phone them - 0861 23 2424 and they say that my account was handed over. i speak to a consultant and they tell me to make a payment of R546.02 and everything goes on as normal. id that and few days after i get a call from the sheriffs saying i must pay R5500 i think for full account payment and to be canceled. so i pay them the money to make them happy and to cancel with them. 2years down the line which was yesterday i receive a final demand letter for payments outstanding. phone them again to just tell me they did not cancel my acc with them!!! and need to pay another R480 to them. that is very bad bad service and bad not following there own procedures!!! and i must face the consequences.
