POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Bought a data speedstick; software doesn't work. Have tried to get assistance from 2 cell c stores in Centurion - they have no clue. Told to call on data service line; call 2013.04.11, received ref no 177 6332. Told to expect call from technician. No call. Phone again 2013.04.16. First no record of ref no, then told my problem "was resolved", even though no technician called me. Escalated it to "CEO's office", just another call centre. Given the run around by laid back Mandla Ncube. Finally on 2013.04.17 speak to a technician, Tsepho. Also very laid back. Says he doesn't know how to resolve problem, will have to escalate. Gives me his "direct number", promises to call next morning. 2013.04.18. phone Tsepho, number he gave me is not his number. Cannot reach Mandla again (busy with another client). Send email to Mandla, no reply. Told by switchboard it is not possible actually to speak to CEO. Service as bad as Hellkom, at higher prices. Lose all hope. Advise people to avoid Cell C
