I am really disappointed with the service I received from the call centre. I moved from 8ta to cell cell for data deals If though I got 3 time more with 8ta I thought cell c was faster. Last week I called because I lost a gig of data within 24 hours and that makes no sense to me as I run no update or downloads on my date (I use office wi-fi for that) all I really do is send work mails. The lady I spoke to said her TM would call me in 30 minutes, it has been over 10080 minutes and still no call, clearly cell c doesn't care which I why I am moving back to 8ta, thank you very much.
