Unresolved account/ over billing

I joined Iburst mid Feb, on conception of contract i was told that costs would be R260 for that month and subs would be deducted within 2days, two weeks later R2212.00 was deducted, on enquiring why, i was informed it was a mistake and that monies would be refunded within two weeks, this they did but only paid back R1460.00, on asking why i then again was told that they had taken the following months subs off and that they would not take it off at the end of the month, alas only to be debited at the end of the month again, now they owe me R513.00 and its been 3 weeks and still they do not respond to my mails or calls, Iburst accounts
