This is a follow up complaint from a few weeks back? Iburst do not respond on here so not of much use. They do not respond here or anywhere else? They are absolutely useless. Please be aware of their shocking service as it is about the worst I have ever experienced? It is now four months later and I am still waiting for them to respond on being ripped off for services that firstly there were not supposed to be charges but I got charged anyway and secondly the service was never even rendered and I am being owed all that money. There are over 250 complaints on Hello Peter against Iburst. Stay away from them. They falsely advertise too. They do not have the infrastructure to offer their R199.00 a month for the Pro 10 10 Gigs a month. They have bad reception. I had to spend thousands extra on extra hardware and now also pay over R100.00 a month extra for this hardware? The R199.00 a month is just a gimmick to sucker you in!! There is no communication on the extra costs and no mention of it on their website? It is shocking that they are allowed to stay in business with no consequences and it is pointless to report them to the Consumer Council, they are also reported on Hello Peter?
