Everyone beware! The Altech Autopage Franchises you see in malls are actually run by CaCell.
They give you grey products that are not ICASA approved. Look at the back of the boxes and there will be no ICASA sticker. Even though Altech adheres to the CPA rules 6 months swop out of a defective device, these will print you an invoice with CaCell because they know they selling you grey products and will tell you that the CPA is 7 Days not 6 months! They can print what they want, dont entertain them report it immediately to the CPA. Never sign a repair order! walk away with your device! When you sign a repair order you waiver your right to a swop out with a brand new device! Report them to CPA & Autopage Head Office! Watch out for the Sandton City and Nicolway autopage owner Asif! That character seriously has a tumor! he will promise Altech head office to resolve your issues and then when you contact him he will act like he never spoke to anyone the whole day. Then he will say he cant be reached on this number for the rest of the day! I referred them to CPA and broke them down! Becareful and do not support this greedy, filthy person
