Incorrect billing and no help

TEL NR: 011 6605103 Since May 2012 I have been charghed fees for an ADSL line i dont have My phone has also been suspended numerous times althougn I have triede my very best to sort out this matter. The call centre keep on telling me I owe money but cannot explain why as I pay my closer deal package evey month. I just cannot tell this to anybody AGAIN!!! A surpervisor Never calls back. At this time I cannot make any calls again for the last 2 weeks although I have contacted them several times. I have been to the Telkom shop (keywest Krugersdorp) but according to them they dont handle complaints. I am up against a wall of poor service and incompetency, I also can not make contact with any persons in higher authority PLEASE help!!!
