I wont write too much becaise I can see Telkom dont bother answering complaints or return calls from tehir call centre.
In short I ordered a 2MB Uncapped Telkom ADSL line and it has been nothing short of an absolute nightmare.
The call centre in Springs is probably the worst call centre operation in the country, no the world, they dont return calls from the clerks to the most senior managers.
They tell you they e-mail complaints to an escalation process - ha what a joke because you never hear another word from them.
Its simple, Telkom doesnt care less, so I'm just going to shop around for another ADSL supplier.
