For the past year we have logged several service calls for very bad reception in Modimolle. (S3-LG33L-LMYR4 Ref: 00148a8MM8AB6XNF).
Voidacom makes absolutely NO effort to get this resolved and does not even make the effort to call one back or send someone to look at a possible solution.
We run a holiday resort on our farm and have thousands of guests that complain about the bad reception and we will now show all of them the proof of VODACOM'S blatant disregard of their customers.
It would be nice if the stopped handling their customers of many many many years with some respect and not treat them like a number.
