Logged a fault on 25/06/2013 no telephone line and ADSL connection phoned customer service on 27/06/2013 and on 28/06/2013 from my mobile holding 30min and still no one can tell what is wrong or are they working on it only that the line seems open. Had to and still is using my mobile as modem to be able to connect. Lost data cause its a new month and wont get credit for holding Telkom customer service on mobile 30min two times and using mobile as modem at huge cost. Still waiting to get service from telkom
