I opened up an 8ta telkom mix contract in the beginning of February 2013, the telkom side of the contract is fine, telephone line works perfectly, internet connection and modem 100%. However the 8ta number that was assigned to me is already in use by someone else. I have called the call center countless times and always get the same response: "its open and they still working on it." Its been almost 2 months already and initially i was told 72 Hours. I have also been into the store on the 28th February and was then told to wait 7days and when i get a call have them port my cell c number that ended over to the 8ta network. Its frustrating because i cannot receive any calls or sms's and the bis is not working as well. I do remember that someone tried calling me at a time i was unable to answer and he left a message, saying that he would call me back, but he didn't.
