After signing agreement with Telkom, 2 years later they cost us more than R 350, 000 plus any future revenues.
The attitude has simply been - "Go sue us" and they have avoided any form of compensation or communication.
The NCC has been ineffective and has possibly been paid over, although this is speculation, making it impossible to obtain compensation.
Telkom does not care about its clients. It cares stops at paying of bills. They have destroyed our business and couldn't be cared less.
I dont think they should be consider a Proudly SA company if they willing to destry SME's like this.
I hope you guys face more and more issues and fines as you deserve them.
