When will we be able to penalise Telkom

Been waiting since the 8th April for a new Telkom installation. Their attitude is simply 'who cares', they will act when it suits them. It is for a business that moved into new premises on the 1st May. The deposit has been paid but even in that they just do not care. Their staff is rude and obnoxious, they and keep on promising installation dates that they never meet. And they just do not care if the business is losing money due to their inability to deliver. When can we ever expect to have access to a proper Telkom business so that we can put these people out of business. They should not be allowed to be in control of something as vital to our economy as telecommunication facilities to businesses - my business focus on improving call centres in South Africa and I do have international exposure. I am going to expose this internationally with the voice recordings of their staff - maybe we can get help from overseas...
