A month ago I complained against MTN for being unable to make calls (http:///mtn/complaints/unable-to-make-calls-for-almost-a-week-now-1037788). After a week of struggling with operators saying that there is nothing wrong someone got it fixed. I was ecstatic only to be informed a couple of days later that they will be charging me for the CLI service and according to MTN Active I am paying for it). I refuse to pay extra for them fixing my line. The phone worked fine for 8months without the service, why do I need the service now. Also I opted to pay exstra for itemised billing. I get billed for it, but don't get an itemised bill?????
I also feel that I have to be refunded for the week I was unable to use my phone. Why do I have to pay for service that I am not receiving?????
