Itemised billing unwanted

On several occasion I have requested to remove the intemised billing and CLI on one of my contracts as this is only a Data bundle.(orderno 38286741A) CLI was removed.

I have never requested itemised billing - I do not want itemised billing.
On my other Data contracts I never paid or had itemised billing.

All of a sudden TelkomMobile is unable to remove itemised billing. ( R 17.00) They state that this is for postage.
I find this unacceptable as they never told me that I had to pay postage for billing.

If TelkomMobile wants to charge for postage they have to call this postage on the invoice and inform their custmers beforehand that they are going to be charged. And the postage must be related to the current postoffice prices for domestic postage.

Please remove itemised billing and refund me accordingly.
