OK so I have two complaints about MTN and have logged both on Hello Peter. I got the default response for both and have heard nothing back from them. I still have the wrong phone as it is not LTE, I still have the wrong SIM as it is not LTE. I went into the store about by Data bundle and found out that I am not on the package advertised fro 300Mb of data. I am happy to give up the 50Mb of data a month, but it would be nice for MTN to keep their promise and contact me about the wrong phone. They must have my number!!! Perhaps it will take 24 months for them to get back to me.
