Out of words - terrible client service

Even further discussed with Cell C. Out of words don't know what to do any more do get some serviceeeeee...
I have booked in my iPhone 4S for repairs at Sandhurst Esher place on 17/04/2013 with Srimani at the reception, I've noticed on friday 22/04/2013 that she has incorrectly listed the IMEI number on the repair form.
She has listed the Black berry Lend phone details instead of the iphone. Tracking Number R00743367. I've contacted the repair department, they cannot trace the tracking no, say the phone has not been submitted to them. I've contacted the Sanhurst branch to get the repair form adjusted accordingly I've been told Srimani does no longer work at this branch 0113248000, no one seems to know where my phone is and getting no feedback from the branch. I drove to the actual location being told by the security that this showroom is no longer a showroom and not allowed in. Been told to go to any other cell c branch for assistance, Drive all the way to Fourways mall Cell C, where I'm being told that they cannot assist as they are only a franchise and I need to get hold of someone with Sandhurst branch to find out what is happening with phone. Sandhurst branch is closed down???
