Cell C
Media Pad was suppose to be sent for repairs

I went into a Cell C branch in Edendale Mall, Pietermaritzurg to book my Huawei Media Pad for repairs on the 16th November 2013. Sipho was the gentleman that helped me and completed a repair request form with no PRE No. Since I had not received an sms with regards to the booking in of the phone, I decided to go into the branch on Saturday 21 November, this time I was assisted by Mandisi who took my details as I had not brought the form and promise to call me on Tuesday. I decided to call the Repair Centre myself and was assisted by Ayanda /Tebogile who after asking for the IMEI No. realised it was for my Nokia internet stick and tracking number but advised no delivery was received. I then contacted the branch again spoke to Mandisi who promised to get back to me and told me that Sipho was on leave; after 4 hrs of not receiving any feedback I contacted the branch again and spoke to a lady this time and she also asked for the IMEI No. as well as PRE No. and Tracking Number. She then advised that the package had not left the branch and is still in their possession. I am without the phone for almost 2 weeks and would never been attended to if I had not called. Appalling service
