Poor service and response from Cell C!!!

On 23 Nov 2012 my Blackberry was send for a soft ware update at cell C, it was determined that the fone is beyond economical repair and due to the phone only being 7 months old it was still in it's 12month warranty, it was replaced, on 26 may 2013 the new blackberry still under the 12month warranty, was freezing, we took the fone back to cell c and it was booked in, the phone was also beyond economical repair and now the warranty is void and according to cell c they don't have to tell us why and quote "this is now your problem" I have asked them to book te phone back and I contacted the customer service on 24 Jun 2013 with reference 3062401866, they could not process my complaint but assured me that a supervisor would contact me within 24 to 48 hours to date I still have had no response and it is stil my problem as they made it clear. This is unacceptable and poor service.
