Pathetic Service

I am writing this letter regarding the poor pathetic service I have received from Cell C!

My Cell phone was handed in for repairs at Tygervalley Mall, Two weeks passed then I received an sms from customer care Stating the Following, "Dear valued Cell C customer. A qoute of R270.49 has been received for your device. Please contact 084140 to accept / reject . your ref no is TRC002509 "

Now this is where the fun and games starts on the pathetic incompetent service I received...

I proceeded to contact the "help line"...

Upon calling them, I got transferred to 5 different departments being cut off on Three occasions! The direct line number for the repairs department was given to me but guess what? you can phone that number anytime of the day and it will Ring and ring and ring with NO answer! When i eventually got transfered to the correct department, That being the repairs department, I was told that i couldnt be helped now cause people had gone home.

The Following morning i phoned again, This time i went to the repairs department and spoke to a young woman, where i was told that she would have to speak to the technicia
