I applied o have my ADSL line moved to another exchange start of February. I was patient, and was given the commitment that it would be done on the 19th. I accepted that. No one pirched up. After spending over an hour beeing passed to another lazy consultant, I have tried to get hold of Telkom's who's head office number just rings and hangs up. They have no also cut my home line and say it's related to the ADSL installation, yet I have seen no one around to collaborate this. How does one get hold of Telkom to fix this problem. I am paying in excess of R200 per day on my cell phone contract to do business, and will teklkom re-inburse me with this for their incompatibility and. Please, someone who's prepared to work for their salary at Telkom, contact me ASAP to resolve this matter.
