I'VE RECENTLY LOST MY PHONE AND HAD TO PUT IN A CLAIM AT THE FOSHINI GROUP (SOUTHGATE) WHO RELAYED THAT THEIR INSURANCE COMPANY IS SAYING THAT MY IMEI NUMBER IS INCORRECT AS SUPPLIED BY MTN AND THUS THEY ARE NOT REPLACING MY HANDSET.
